The Service, including its design, code, graphics, logos, trademarks, and all content, is the exclusive property of RupeeStack Platform Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

User Content

Any content you create using the Service (tasks, timelines, notes) remains yours. We claim no ownership or rights over your personal data. TodoLapse is designed as a local-first application, meaning your content stays on your device unless you choose to use optional cloud features.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RupeeStack Platform Private Limited and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

Termination
